During Common Holidays and High Season a 20% deposit or Credit Card number may be requested to reserve a kennel space.
Once your reservation has been made and confirmed by email, you can anticipate a follow up confirmation call from our reservationist approximately 3 weeks prior to your reservation date to reconfirm your reservation at Thorn Creek Kennel. You may cancel at this time and up to 15 days prior to your reservation start date without being subject to a cancellation fee.
If you decide to cancel your reservation within 14 days of your start date you will be charged for 50% of your total reserved stay.
If you decide to cancel your reservation within 7 days of your start date you will be charged for 100% of your total reserved stay.
At the time of your cancellation our reservationist will do their best to fill your cancelled dates with another clients request. If we are able to fill your cancelled dates we will return 80% of your cancellation fee or apply an 80% credit to your Thorn Creek Kennel account.
You will be notified by our reservationist at the time your cancelled dates have been filled or before you are charged for the cancelled reservation date by the Thorn Creek Kennel reservationist.
